How to Troubleshoot a Toshiba IP Phone Firewall

The Toshiba IP Phone is used to make VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) calls from a computer. If you are having problems with your Toshiba IP Phone, you probably need to disable your firewall. Your firewall is used to block viruses and spyware. Because spyware sends out signals as well as receives them, the firewall can block outgoing data. This can include your IP Phone. Disabling the firewall will allow you to make your calls.
