Christmas Stress

There can still be stress during holiday season. One of them is Christmas Stress. There
are different reasons why we feel stress even holidays. We feel lonely because of the
nonappearance of your loved ones and you feel jealous when you see other people or
family having fun. And it totally ruins your day. Even during holidays, we can’t stop
having misunderstanding with our family and it stresses you. Instead of celebrating
Christmas with your family, you choose to stay and spend it with your friends. Financial
problems can also stress you. Of course, you want to go out to celebrate, buy gifts for
your families and friends. But you don’t have enough money to buy or to do the plans
that you have.

Tiredness can stress you too. You still a lot of things to do but you only have short span
of time. Those are the things that cause you stress. But of course there are also symptoms
that you can feel if you are stress. Dry mouth is one of the symptoms that can tell you if
you are stress. It will really dry your mouth and you can also have difficulty to eat solid
foods. Muscle pains like neck to shoulder muscle or headaches are some of the stress
symptoms
. There are different causes of headaches but the one that occur during holiday
is called tension headache. Numbness of the limb is also a sign of stress. Over tiredness
is an effect of too much stress. Over weight and indigestion are also sign of stress. A
massage is what you need.

When you often get sick and you easily absorbed the viruses in your surroundings it
means that your health is starting get weak. If you think that you are experiencing all of
these signs, it is time for you to see your doctor. While hypnotherapy can do well, there
are also stress relief games that you can do to forget the things that cause and lessen
your stress. Playing cards like solitaire. Puzzles like jigsaw puzzle and crossword. Board
games like scrabbles and snakes and ladders and monopoly. Online games can help too.
